I have forgotten my password, what to do?
To retrieve your password, click “Login” then “Forgot your password?”. Enter your e-mail address and a link to reset your password will be sent to your inbox. Click on the link and type in your new password.
I have forgotten my password, what to do?
Log into “my account” by identifying yourself with your e-mail address and your password. You will be able to modify your details such as your postal address.
How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to the newsletter?
To sign up to the newsletter, click on “Sign up to our newsletter” at the bottom of the page. You can unsubscribe by clicking on the link “unsubscribe”, located at the bottom of each newsletter.
My Order
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order has been confirmed and you have proceeded to the payment, a confirmation page appears with your order number. Furthermore, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address registered during your purchase. This is a summary that includes the nature of your order: the item(s), the quantity, the price(s), the method of payment and the delivery address.
Where can I find the details of my order?
You can find the details of your order by identifying yourself on “my account” and by clicking on “my order status”.
Can I modify or cancel my order in progress?
Providing your order has not been shipped, we can amend or cancel your order by contacting our customer service as soon as possible.
I still have not received my order, is it normal?
Please first check your order has been processed and that you have received an email confirmation. Please contact us by e-mail at sales@pattioslo.dk.

Patti Oslo accepts the following methods of payment:

What to do when my payment has been refused?
Your payment may have been refused for different reasons: an error entering your card details, the order amount may have exceeded your payment limit, etc. Check first these details and try again. If the problem is still remaining, we invite you to contact our customer service to complete your order.
Shipping
Where Can My Order Be Shipped?
We ship Worldwide from our warehouse in Denmark. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours subject to stock availability.
Returns
How Do I Return an Item?
We are happy to exchange or refund goods if you are not entirely satisfied. We regret that delivery charges are non refundable. Please return the item in its original packaging with tags and a suitable outer box with protective packaging within 14 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns of used or incorrectly packaged items. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our studio. We therefore strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of you order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office. In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately so that we can replace or repair them in accordance with your statutory rights.
