Patti Oslo offers worldwide shipping with its partners Local Postage, FEDEX, UPS and GLS.

We offer free shipping within Europe and Norway (no extra fees) for orders above 90 €.

For shipping to non-EU countries such as Switzerland, the UK, Iceland USA etc., possible fees such as customs clearance, import duties and other costs may incur. All our international customers are responsible for customs and import duty fees in their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

RETURNS

If you are not completely happy with your product that you have chosen, you may return the product(s) within 14 days of dispatch date.

If you would like to return or exchange your product, please contact us.
We will be happy to offer you an exchange, credit or refund provided that the products are returned in perfect, unused condition.

Returns within Norway and Denmark are free of charge. For returns outside these countries, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 15 working days and credited to your original payment method. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Whenever possible, please reuse the original packaging and ensure the parcel is securely sealed.
